Bought this specifically for workouts and after wearing it for 18–19 days, I can genuinely feel the difference vs regular underwear. Great support during training, comfortable fit, breathable fabric, and stays dry even during intense workouts. Definitely worth it for gym use.
Bought the compression tights mainly to avoid chafing in the inner thighs. Have run close to 60 kms in the last couple of weeks with the tights on. It really absorbs the sweat and didn't get the feel of thighs rubbing. Going to try it out in an 50k ultra next week and believe it is going to keep me non sweaty and will help finish the race without any chafe.
