Do you offer cash on delivery?
COD has quite some unnecessary expenses involved, leading to incomplete orders. But, there’s a silver lining! With the savings from not having COD options, we can give you the best price possible for our incredible products!
When will my order ship? And when should i expect the shipment? How is it packed?

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
We are equally excited for your package to reach you asap. It takes 3-4 working days for Domestic Shipments, and 10-12 working days for international shipments, for you to start a more comfortable fitness journey.
How can i check if my pin code is serviceable?
Once you have added the product to your cart, you can click on the checkout button. On the checkout page, you can type in your pin code and see if the area is serviceable!
How can i track the status of my order?
We know you can’t wait to get your products! Once you place an order with us, you will be sent a confirmation mail with the tracking number of your order. All you need to do is visit

What if i'm not available when the delivery is attempted?
Our delivery partner will place a call to your registered mobile number to attempt the delivery. If you are not available, you can reschedule the delivery via call or you can ask the agent to deliver the package to the security guard or a neighbor in your residential area.
Can i change my shipping address after placing the order?
No, you may not be able to change the shipping address once the order is placed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery dates depend on the pin code! But most of of packages are delivered within 5-8 working days.
What is your return policy?
Covid-19 has changed a lot and due to the precautions we need to take here at TRYB, we are unable to accept returned items as of now.
This is non-returnable and no-refund category as it is a matter of hygiene standard.

I think i received a defective or wrong merchandise. What do i do?
