Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes we offer COD but it incurs an additional cost of 150 that is levied by the service provider.
When will my order ship? And when should I expect the shipment?
Once you place your order the product is shipped from the warehouse within 24 hours. Delivery varies between 2-7 working days depending on your shipping location. We are as excited as you to watch you begin your journey with TRYB!
How can i check my pin code serviceability?
You can enter your pin code at the time of checkout and view if its serviceable.
Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?
You can enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹1000. All orders below ₹1000 will be charged a fee of ₹40.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once you place an order with us, you will be sent a confirmation mail with the tracking number of your order. All you need to do is visithttps://www.shiprocket.in/shipment-tracking/ and type in your mobile number to know the status of your order.
What if I'm not available when the delivery is attempted?
Our delivery partner will place a call to your registered mobile number to attempt the delivery. If you are not available the delivery partner will reattempt delivery within 24 hours. You can always reschedule the delivery or ask for the package to be handed over to your security guard or neighbor in your absence.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Can I exchange items from my order?
We offer no Exchanges as these are a matter of Hygiene standards.

I think I received defective or wrong merchandise. What should I do?
We understand that the everyday athlete demands perfection. Our products are no different. Stringent quality checks, the best materials, and strong production processes ensure that each box of TRYB products contains only perfection. But, we acknowledge that we are only human. In spite of all of this, if you do receive products that are defective or different from what you ordered, you can always reach out to us. Drop us a picture of the item as well! How do I place my Order?
Please select your desired sports innerwear styles and colors and add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping and payment details. Once the payment has been processed you will be redirected to an order confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation mail and whatsapp message(if you have opted for notification).

How long would it take to get my refund on my cancelled order?
Once the order is cancelled your refund will be processed to the same payment source and it should take upto 5-7 working days to reflect in your account. For COD orders, please reach out to our customer care team.

The payment has been debited from my account, but the order is not confirmed. What should I do?
If your account has been debited but you were not redirected to the Order confirmation page, please check your mail and WhatsApp message. If you have received a confirmation, then the order is placed successfully and you don't have to worry about its fulfillment.
However, if you have not received any confirmation, please contact our support team with your details such as the phone number and email ID used while placing the order, the payment instrument used & any transaction reference ID that you may have received. Our team will try to follow up with the respective bank and help you with the refund. Please reach out to our customer care team.

What are the wash-care instructions for the underwear?
Our products can be machine washed in cold water. They can be tumble dried at a low spin speed. They dry quickly, don’t wrinkle, and don’t shrink as well!

Don’t worry if your payment fails. The debited amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.if no amount has been debited, feel free to make the payment again.
Is cash on delivery (cod) available? How can i opt for COD?
We don’t offer cod currently. It helps us in reducing the time of transit of the product thereby making your wait for the product a lot shorter and the process convenient.
