What is Antimicrobial?
TRYB’s premium products are made from advanced antimicrobial fabric to keep the microbes away. Now stretch, run, and play without the worry of catching an infection!

What are the wash-care instructions for the underwear?
Our products can be machine washed in cold water. They can be tumble dried at a low spin speed. They dry quickly, don’t wrinkle, and don’t shrink as well!
I’m bad at letting go of things! But how often should I change my underwear?
TRYB’s products are built to last. You can comfortably use our products for a significant amount of time-based on how you care for them!

Do you ship internationally?
We ship our products to everyday athletes all over India and overseas.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
COD has quite some unnecessary expenses involved, leading to incomplete orders. But, there’s a silver lining! With the savings from not having COD options, we can give you the best price possible for our incredible products!
When will my order ship? And when should i expect the shipment? How is it packed?
We know you can’t wait to begin your journey with TRYB! Once you place your order, we ship it in under 2 business days. Delivery dates depend on where you live.
Our boxes are reusable as well! Save them up. Who knows, they may help deliver happiness to a fellow everyday athlete!

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
We are equally excited for your package to reach you asap. It takes 3-4 working days for domestic shipments, and 10-12 working days for international shipments, for you to start a more comfortable fitness journey.
How can i check if my pin code is serviceable?
Once you have added the product to your cart, you can click on the checkout button. On the checkout page, you can type in your pin code and see if the area is serviceable!
How can i track the status of my order?
We know you can’t wait to get your products! Once you place an order with us, you will be sent a confirmation mail with the tracking number of your order. All you need to do is visit www.ithinklogistics.com/track-order and type in your tracking number
What if i'm not available when the delivery is attempted?
Our delivery partner will place a call to your registered mobile number to attempt the delivery. If you are not available, you can reschedule the delivery via call or you can ask the agent to deliver the package to the security guard or a neighbor in your residential area.
Can i change my shipping address after placing the order?
No, you may not be able to change the shipping address once the order is placed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery dates depend on the pin code! But most of of packages are delivered within 5-8 working days
What is your return policy?
Covid-19 has changed a lot and due to the precautions we need to take here at TRYB, we are unable to accept returned items as of now.
This is non-returnable and no-refund category as it is a matter of hygiene standard.

Every product of TRYB undergoes the most stringent quality checks and uses the best quality materials. Can i exchange items from my order?
Fitness takes the strongest of wills and the strictest of processes. Our products are also cut from the same cloth as the athlete in you. Our quality checks and innovative materials ensure that you receive the best possible product every single time!

But, we too are only human. In spite of all of this, if you do receive products that are defective or different from what you ordered, you can always reach out to us!

What payment methods does TRYB accept?
We accept payment via credit card/debit card/net banking. All the payment methods are secure and enable a smooth transaction process.
What should i do if my payment fails?
Don’t worry if your payment fails. The debited amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.if no amount has been debited, feel free to make the payment again.
Is cash on delivery (cod) available? How can i opt for COD?
We don’t offer cod currently. It helps us in reducing the time of transit of the product thereby making your wait for the product a lot shorter and the process convenient.

Oops, there was a bit of a mistake and i want to cancel my order! How do i do it?
If you have ordered from market places such as amazon or flipkart, you can cancel your order from your account. If you have ordered from our website, you can just drop in your order details and cancel your order!
How do i know if i’ve successfully placed the order?
Post payment, you will get an e-mail confirming the product purchase!
I placed an order and money was deducted as well. But, i didn’t receive an email confirmation. What do i do?
Firstly, you could probably wait for a few minutes! It sometimes takes us some time to confirm an order. If you still don’t receive order confirmation, you can always reach out to us at our mailing address: support@TRYBwear.com.
I really want the TRYB underwear, but my payment failed! How do i try again?
Sometimes, payments can fail. We understand that. Don’t worry, any money deducted will be refunded and you can go back and order the product once again!

The everyday athlete loves the planet! Our packaging tries to be as eco-friendly as possible, minimizing the use of plastic in packaging or shipping material. The packages are also reusable to ensure that the impact on the environment is minimal.
