Can I exchange items from my order?

I think I received defective/wrong merchandise, what do I do?
At Trybwear we use the highest quality of materials and run our products through stringent quality checks to make sure you have a defect-free end product in your hands.
However, in spite of all these measures, if you find you have received defective or wrong merchandise (style, size, color); please notify us.
Remember to post a picture of the item too! For any of these issues please contact us at support@trybwear.com We will be glad to help you.
When will my return be refunded?
Once we receive your package, we will inspect your return item(s). You will then be contacted via email for your refund confirmation. We process your refund within 2 business days. It may take 4 days for refunds to show up in your card statement. We make it our priority to process your request with alacrity!
